Deepening Practical Legal Support through Direct Dialogue with Companies

Sphere Tokyo LPC (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Attorney: Koichi Kobori; hereinafter referred to as “our firm”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Enrise Relations Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Seita Okisei), a company with strengths in IPO support, DX strategies, and executive talent development. Through co-hosted events and joint information initiatives, the two parties will proactively collaborate to address the real legal and management challenges faced by rapidly growing companies and deliver more practical, actionable insights.

Purpose and Background

As of July 2025, Sphere Law Firm is a relatively young organization, having been established just over two and a half years ago. However, in 2024, it achieved rapid expansion by welcoming Ryukyu Law Firm (now LPC Ryukyu Sphere) and Chou Yen Law Firm (now Sphere Law Firm Taipei Office) into its group.

Currently, around 60% of our clients are overseas companies, and 40% are domestic Japanese companies. In addition to functioning as an international law firm, our firm also supports regional revitalization projects by connecting local governments, businesses, and professional sports teams with overseas investors.

Amid increasingly complex and multi-layered international and domestic challenges faced by businesses, our firm recognizes the need to go beyond conventional “legal services.” We aim to support clients with broader perspectives and greater agility. Guided by the belief that it is essential to anticipate business trends and respond swiftly and widely to societal shifts, we strive to offer legal services that are not only timely but also practical and multidimensional in line with societal and market needs.

This partnership reflects that very mindset. It is part of our efforts to gain firsthand understanding of subtle changes in business needs and explore more field-oriented and effective support methods through direct interaction with companies.

Looking ahead, we will continue to plan and participate in a wide range of events and content-sharing initiatives to gain deeper insights into the real legal and management issues companies face, while promoting knowledge sharing and dissemination.
