Introductions
She obtained her social insurance and labor consultant qualification in her 20s and joined the Okinawa Social Insurance and Labor Consultants Association in May 2004. Over the next 18 years, she operated as an independent social insurance and labor consultant office. She accumulated over 10,000 consultations on-site, including administrative support at the Labor Bureau and Pension Office, and serving as a consultant for Okinawa Prefecture. Inspired by her encounter with Attorney Kubo, she decided to support businesses alongside lawyers and established the Ryukyu WILL Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Corporation in June 2022. Her motto, "Okinawa’s vitality starts in the workplace," reflects her commitment to fostering a positive work environment and increasing smiles in the workplace.
