Mochiaki Kubo moved to Okinawa in 2001 when he was a judicial apprentice and began his life as a lawyer. Over the years, he has handled a wide range of corporate legal matters, including labor issues, debt collection, contract review, and shareholder meeting guidance. Additionally, he has dealt with disputes related to real estate transactions, family law cases (divorce, inheritance), and criminal cases.

In 2007, he founded Ryukyu LAW FIRM, and in 2018, he established Ryukyu LAW FIRM Legal Professional Corporation. While focusing primarily on corporate legal affairs, Attorney Kubo also dedicates significant effort to real estate and inheritance matters, leveraging his extensive experience and knowledge to meet the diverse needs of his clients.

He emphasizes the importance of listening carefully to his clients, empathizing with not only the facts of the case but also their position and psychological state, and strives to propose the best solutions.
