After graduating from the Faculty of Finance, Anhui University of Finance and Economics in 1997, Xu Hao handled international credit loans, at International Business Department of the China Construction bank as an expert member of the bank's head office, and worked on infrastructure project financing and the formulation of domestic bank proposals.
After that, he was in charge of corporate credit analysis and financial advisory at China Merchants Bank, and also as a deputy branch manager of the Nanjing branch of China CITIC Bank, he also managed key investments of the bank. Then, He founded Shanghai BHC Finance Capital in 2005 and Shanghai Baohao Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2008. In 2019, He established a joint venture company with our representative Koichi Kobori, and joined our firm as a senior consultant.
