Areas of practice
Zhang Qilong's practice covers general corporate legal affairs related to Chinese law (support for entering and exiting the Chinese market, M&A, compliance, dealing with fraudulent acts, crisis management, contract drafting/negotiation, labor issues, litigation/arbitration, etc.). Our main clients are local Japanese subsidiaries that are doing business with China, and their main fields are manufacturers, medical/pharmaceuticals, energy, finance, trading companies, and IT. Because prior to obtaining a lawyer qualification, he has experience working in the sales department of a Chinese subsidiary of a Japanese financial institution, and is also qualified as a tax accountant， he specializes in providing one-stop business schemes.
